Happy Anderson joined Cary Street in 2007 as an Associate in the Investment Banking Division. Prior to joining Cary Street Partners, Happy worked for two years in the Financial Planning and Analysis group for Circuit City Stores, a specialty retailer of consumer electronics and related services. Before working for Circuit City, Happy was an analyst for Ewing Bemiss & Co., a middle market investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private placements of debt and equity.
Since joining the firm, Happy has gained significant investment banking expertise in the rapidly growing Healthcare Information Technology industry. She enjoys applying her knowledge, business network and relationships to work for her clients.
Happy received a Master of Business Administration from the Darden Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Washington & Lee University, cum laude. She lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband and young daughter.
