Cary Street Partners Announces the Sale of Top Supplies, Inc.

Cary Street Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor for Top Supplies, Inc. in connection with its sale to Richelieu Hardware Ltd. The transaction gives Top Supplies access to the resources of one of the leading international distributors, importers and manufacturers of specialty hardware and complementary products and further strengthens Richelieu’s geographical footprint and customer base in the southeastern United States. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Top Supplies, headquartered in High Point, North Carolina, is a leading distributor of decorative and functional hardware and accessories for use in the manufacture of home furnishings as well as commercial woodworking. The Company sells its products to furniture manufactures, commercial woodworkers and other distributors throughout the United States and internationally.
