Cary Street Partners announced that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to its client*, a Southeastern-based information services and lead generation company, with respect to its sale to a leading publishing and information technology conglomerate. The acquisition adds to the conglomerate’s already diverse and successful platform and serves as the acquirer’s entrée into the fast-growing lead generation industry. For the target, the transaction allowed the shareholders to capture the value created over the last decade and provides the management team and employees the infrastructure and expertise necessary to continue growing and building the business.
