Cary Street Partners Announces Addition to Investment Banking Team
June 4, 2007 - Cary Street Partners announced today that Elizabeth “Happy” Vaughan has joined the firm’s investment banking team. She will work out of the Company’s Richmond, Virginia office.
From 1999 to 2001, Happy was an analyst for Ewing Bemiss & Co., a Middle Market Investment Bank specializing in mergers & acquisitions and private placements of debt and equity. While in business school, she worked as a summer intern with the Jewelry Industry Research Institute, an independent, full-service research firm specializing in the jewelry industry. Prior to joining Cary Street Partners in June of 2007, Happy worked for two years in the Financial Planning and Analysis group for Circuit City Stores, a Specialty Retailer of Consumer Electronics and Related Services.
Happy received an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Mathematics from the Washington & Lee University, cum laude. She lives in Richmond, Virginia.
