Cary Street Partners Announces the Sale of LINK2GOV
November 18, 2005 - Cary Street Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor for LINK2GOV in connection with its sale to Metavante Corporation, the financial technology subsidiary of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (NYSE:MI). Terms of the deal were not disclosed
LINK2GOV Corp. provides online payment processing to many government agencies across the United States, including the Internal Revenue Service, as well as healthcare partners. Other LINKGOV payment services include the collection of utility bills, vehicle registrations, and driver's license renewals, parking tickets, traffic citations, tuition payments, court fees and fines, hunting and fishing licenses as well as various licenses for businesses.
Cary Street Partners Holdings, LLC is a limited liability holding company that owns 100% of Cary Street Partners LLC, a registered broker-dealer and Member of FINRA/SIPC, and 100% of Cary Street Partners Investment Advisory LLC, a federally registered investment advisor. Cary Street Partners is the trade name used by two separate, registered firms providing securities brokerage, insurance and investment advisory services.
